By downloading, installing, or using Dharty ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Dharty is a free, Gujarati-language Android app built for farmers in Gujarat, India. It provides four informational sections: Market prices, Courses, Knowledge articles, and Government Schemes. The App requires no login or sign-up and is provided free of charge, funded through advertising.

Dharty is an independent application, built and maintained by an individual developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any government department, government body, or private organization — including the original sources of the market price and scheme information shown in the App.

Where a price is missing or appears incorrect at the source, we are not able to correct or supplement it, and we take no responsibility for gaps or inaccuracies originating from the government data feed.

The App's user interface was designed using AI (artificial intelligence) tools as an original design process — it is not copied from any other application. The interface is intentionally built for simple, clear navigation suited to farmers using the App.

7. છબીઓ 7. Images

Approximately 90% of the images used in the App are AI-generated originals, created specifically for Dharty. We do not knowingly copy or reproduce any third party's copyrighted artwork or photography. If any image in the App unintentionally resembles existing third-party work, this is coincidental rather than deliberate copying. If you believe an image infringes your rights, please contact us at the email below with details, and we will review the matter in good faith.

8. સરકારી યોજનાઓ વિભાગ 8. Government Schemes Section

Dharty does not process scheme registrations or applications — the App does not collect the information a scheme application would require. If a scheme requires online registration and you're unable to complete it yourself, we recommend visiting your nearest Common Service Centre (CSC) or cyber café for assistance, using official government channels only.

15. આ શરતોમાં ફેરફારો 15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Dharty regarding your use of the App, and supersede any prior understanding on the subject. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. Our not enforcing a particular provision at any given time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
