૧. શરતોનો સ્વીકાર 1. Acceptance of Terms
ધરતી (Dharty) મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશન ડાઉનલોડ કરીને અથવા તેનો ઉપયોગ કરીને, તમે આ સેવાની શરતો સ્વીકારો છો. જો તમે આ શરતો સાથે સહમત ન હોવ, તો કૃપા કરીને આ એપ્લિકેશનનો ઉપયોગ કરશો નહીં. By downloading or using the Dharty mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
૨. માહિતીનો હેતુ અને મર્યાદા 2. Purpose and Limitation of Information
ધરતી એપ્લિકેશન પર દર્શાવવામાં આવતી બધી જ માહિતી (જેમ કે બજાર ભાવો, શૈક્ષણિક વિડિયો અને સરકારી યોજનાઓ) માત્ર માહિતી અને સામાન્ય માર્ગદર્શન માટે છે. All information provided in the Dharty application (including market rates, educational videos, and government scheme updates) is for general reference and educational purposes only.
- બજાર ભાવો (APMC rates): એપ્લિકેશનમાં બતાવવામાં આવતા એપીએમસી (APMC) બજાર ભાવો જાહેર સરકારી સ્ત્રોતો અને માર્કેટ યાર્ડમાંથી મેળવવામાં આવે છે. આ ભાવોમાં ક્યારેક સમય અથવા પ્રદેશ પ્રમાણે ફેરફાર હોઈ શકે છે. Market Rates (APMC): The APMC rates displayed in the app are collected from public and government sources. These prices may vary slightly from real-time local transactions and market fluctuations.
- ચકાસણીની ભલામણ: કોઈ પણ સોદો અથવા નાણાકીય વ્યવહાર કરતા પહેલા સંબંધિત યાર્ડ કે સ્ત્રોત પર જઈને ભાવોની જાતે ખાતરી કરી લેવી હિતાવહ છે. Verification Recommended: Users are strongly advised to independently verify mandi prices and scheme criteria at their local market yards or respective government offices before making financial or trading decisions.
૩. જવાબદારીની મર્યાદા 3. Limitation of Liability
આ એક નિઃશુલ્ક (મફત) એપ્લિકેશન છે. આ એપ્લિકેશનનો ઉપયોગ કરવાથી અથવા તેના પર આપેલ માહિતીના આધારે લેવામાં આવેલા નિર્ણયોથી થતા કોઈ પણ આર્થિક નુકસાન, પાક નુકસાન કે અન્ય નુકસાન માટે એપ્લિકેશન નિર્માતા (ધ્રુવિલ હરિયાણી) કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની જવાબદારી સ્વીકારશે નહીં. Dharty is a free-of-charge informational app. The developer (Dhruvil Hariyani) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential crop loss, financial loss, or transaction disputes arising from decisions made based on the information provided in the app.
૪. બૌદ્ધિક સંપદા 4. Intellectual Property
ધરતી એપનું નામ, લોગો, ડિઝાઇન અને તેમાં મૂકવામાં આવેલા વિશિષ્ટ અભ્યાસક્રમો તથા લેખો એ અમારી બૌદ્ધિક સંપદા છે. લેખિત મંજૂરી વગર તેનો વેપારી હેતુ માટે નકલ અથવા દુરુપયોગ કરવો કાયદાકીય ગુનો બને છે. The Dharty brand name, logo, UI/UX design, custom video courses, and specific articles are the intellectual property of the developer. Reproduction or redistribution of these assets for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
૫. શરતોમાં સુધારા 5. Changes to Terms
અમે સમયાંતરે આ શરતોમાં સુધારો કરી શકીએ છીએ. નવા સુધારા આ પેજ પર મુકાતા જ તાત્કાલિક લાગુ થશે. એપ્લિકેશનનો ઉપયોગ ચાલુ રાખીને તમે નવા સુધારા સ્વીકારો છો તેમ માનવામાં આવશે.
